We are a group with the focus of recovery from the disease of addiction. Our group's purpose is to carry the message to the addict who still suffers. Our group is a speaker discussion meeting format. It is open to anyone who would like to come learn about the disease of addiction - to anyone who would like to attend. Additionally, our group has a group conscience meeting on the last wednesday of the month at 7:30 p.m. to discuss group business and any pertinent area business. Officer elections are done at these meetings and all home group members are encouraged to attend group conscience each meeting. Keep It Simple on the Shore Group is a charter member group of the East of the Bay Area. East of the Bay Area is an area within the Free State Region - a service body that geographically covers Eastern Maryland, including Baltimore, the southern 2/3 of Delaware, and the portion of Virginia on the Delmarva Peninsula. |
